The Objective of the Inspection<\/h3>\n

The pre-loading inspection<\/strong> aims to ensure the vessel\u2019s cargo holds are in suitable condition to receive cargo, in compliance with safety and quality standards. This is a critical step in minimizing the risk of damage or contamination during transport.<\/p>\n

    General inspection of cargo holds<\/strong>:
    Assessment of cleanliness, dryness, odor, residues from previous cargoes, paint condition, rust, or any damage that might affect the quality of the incoming cargo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Inspection of hatch covers and drainage systems<\/strong>:
    Ensuring hatch covers are watertight, operational, and free from leakage. Drainage systems are checked for proper functionality.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Draft reading and recording<\/strong>:
    Observing and recording the vessel\u2019s draft marks to compare with post-loading drafts for cargo quantity estimation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Photographic evidence and reporting<\/strong>:
    Capturing current conditions and documenting findings as part of the inspection report and certification process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    At the time of inspection, MV YANGTZE FLOURISH<\/strong> was found to be in suitable condition to receive cargo. No deficiencies were noted that would negatively impact the cargo quality.
