When ROB After is measured, under what tank conditions, and whether the fuel has reached a sufficiently stable and representative state can materially affect the reliability of the delivered quantity assessment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 120%;\">Here is why timing matters:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 120%;\"><strong> An Early Reading Can Be Misleading<\/strong> \ud83d\udd50 Immediately after pumping stops, the fuel inside receiving tanks may still be settling.
