PURPOSE OF SUPERVISION

Monitor cargo condition, packaging, and transport equipment at each stage.

Detect and report any irregularities or risks that may affect cargo quality or quantity.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire prevention, and technical requirements of port authorities, shipping lines, and cargo owners.
SCOPE OF WORK

Inspected the site, coordinated equipment and related personnel.

Checked containers, vehicles, and vessel holds prior to loading/discharging.

Supervised lifting, handling, lashing, and container sealing/unsealing processes.

Took photos, drafted field reports, and obtained on-site confirmation from stakeholders.

Promptly informed clients of any incident or non-conformity for timely resolution.
