This morning, the surveyor team of VM CONTROL was present at Thi Vai General Port (TVP) to carry out a cargo condition survey during the loading process from the berth onto the vessel.
While the cargo was still stored at the port yard, we conducted a comprehensive inspection and detailed examination of each shipment, including:

Condition of packaging and outer surface: Checking for any signs of tearing, wetness, punctures, or scratches.

Seals and markings: Cross-checking with documents to verify accuracy.

Cargo surface condition: Recording any stains, corrosion, warping, or damage, even at a minor level.

Storage conditions prior to loading: Observing storage locations, protective measures, dryness, and ventilation.
All information and photographs are recorded, documented, and reported in accordance with ISO standards to ensure transparency and traceability when required.
When the cargo loading process from the berth onto the vessel began, VM CONTROL’s surveyors were on site to closely monitor every stage of lifting, lowering, moving, and stowing the cargo. We paid particular attention to:

In addition, we monitored weather conditions, tides, and the working environment to promptly provide preventive recommendations if any adverse factors arose.
