INSPECTION OF EQUIPMENT SYNCHRONIZATION
For technological equipment or production lines, in addition to inspecting the condition of individual machines, it is essential to conduct a synchronization inspection to determine the system’s ability to operate effectively and safely when all components are interconnected and functioning together.
Scope of the synchronization inspection includes:
- Checking the names, quantities, and specifications of equipment across the entire production line.
- Identifying the main machine in the system and assessing the interrelationship between all components.
- Evaluating compatibility in terms of capacity, operational mechanisms, and technical standards among the machines.
- Verifying the year of manufacture to ensure technological consistency and operational lifespan alignment between components.
Standards and legal basis:
- Based on applicable technical standards for each specific industry, regulations issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam, and the requirements of the importing country.
- Referencing original technical documentation and importation records for the shipment.
Inspection results:
- A comprehensive report assessing the synchronization and compatibility of the entire production line.
Recommendations for adjustment, replacement, or addition of equipment in cases of incompatibility or lack of synchronization.
